Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Construction Materials Manager with 3-5 years of experience and an LLM degree to oversee the procurement, management, and quality control of construction materials for our retail expansion projects in Guwahati. This role is crucial in ensuring that all construction projects adhere to quality standards, budget constraints, and timelines, while also leveraging legal and contractual knowledge for optimal material sourcing and vendor management.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive material management strategies for construction projects, ensuring cost-effectiveness and quality.
- Oversee the procurement process for all construction materials, including sourcing, negotiation with suppliers, and contract management, applying LLM principles to ensure favorable terms and compliance.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of construction materials, managing stock levels to avoid shortages or overstocking.
- Ensure all procured materials meet the specified quality standards and regulatory requirements, conducting inspections and testing as needed.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and legal teams to forecast material needs and ensure timely delivery.
- Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Manage vendor relationships, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and resolving any disputes or discrepancies through legal acumen.
- Maintain detailed records of all material transactions, including purchase orders, invoices, and delivery receipts.
