Construction Safety - Diploma Professionals

We are seeking a diligent and safety-conscious Construction Safety professional to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. This role is crucial for ensuring a safe and compliant working environment at our construction sites, particularly for our water and wastewater treatment projects. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in a relevant field and 2-3 years of hands-on experience in construction safety management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, standards, and company policies.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for site personnel.
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend preventive measures.
• Maintain safety records, reports, and documentation.
• Promote a strong safety culture throughout the project site.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors on safety matters.
