Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Construction Safety Officer with 3-5 years of experience to join our dynamic team in Noida. The ideal candidate will possess a BBA/BBM degree and a strong understanding of safety protocols within the manufacturing and production industry. This role is crucial in ensuring a safe working environment on our construction sites, minimizing risks, and promoting a culture of safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and enforce company safety policies and procedures on construction sites.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments to identify potential hazards.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for all site personnel, including new hires and subcontractors.
• Investigate all accidents, incidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant local, state, and national safety regulations and standards.
• Maintain accurate safety records, including training logs, inspection reports, and accident documentation.
• Promote a strong safety culture through effective communication, engagement, and leadership.
• Manage the procurement and distribution of safety equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Collaborate with project managers, site supervisors, and workers to address safety concerns and implement solutions.
