Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Safety Officer to ensure the highest standards of safety are maintained across all our construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and enforcing safety policies and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. This role is crucial in safeguarding our workforce and ensuring compliance with all relevant safety regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive safety plans and programs for construction sites.
Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and recommend corrective actions.
Provide safety training and education to all site personnel.
Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) by all workers.
Maintain accurate safety records and documentation.
Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure compliance with all local and national safety laws.
Promote a strong safety culture throughout the organization.
