Construction Safety Officer (3-5 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and proactive Construction Safety Officer with 3-5 years of experience to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will hold a BBA/BBM degree and be responsible for ensuring a safe working environment at our construction sites, adhering to all relevant safety regulations and company policies. This role is critical in preventing accidents and promoting a culture of safety within the oil and gas industry.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive safety plans and procedures for construction projects.
- Conduct regular site inspections and safety audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with OHSAS/ISO standards.
- Investigate all accidents, incidents, and near misses, preparing detailed reports and recommending corrective actions.
- Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to site personnel, promoting awareness and best practices.
- Manage safety documentation, permits, and emergency response plans.
- Ensure proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment on site.
- Liaise with project managers, contractors, and regulatory bodies on safety matters.
- Monitor and report on safety performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stay updated with the latest safety regulations and industry best practices in the oil and gas sector.
