Construction / Site Supervisor (0-2 Yrs Experience) | Hyderabad

Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Construction / Site Supervisor with 0-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Hyderabad. This role is crucial for overseeing the construction and development of our new medical device manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project management principles, with a unique background in M.Pharma that brings a valuable perspective to ensuring quality and compliance in a regulated environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the planning and scheduling of construction activities for the new facility.

Supervise on-site construction personnel and subcontractors, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards.

Monitor daily construction progress and report any deviations or issues to the project manager.

Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards on the construction site.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards and ensure work is performed according to approved plans and specifications.

Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs, material usage, and incident reports.

Coordinate with various stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and regulatory bodies, to facilitate smooth project execution.

Leverage M.Pharma knowledge to understand and ensure GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) compliance within the construction of a regulated facility.

Assist in the procurement and management of construction materials and equipment.
