Construction / Site Supervisor

Role Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Construction / Site Supervisor to oversee the construction and renovation of our retail outlets and manufacturing facilities across India. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, adhering to all safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project plans and timelines.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, identify potential delays or issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Manage on-site resources, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Conduct regular site inspections and prepare detailed progress reports.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, material requisitions, and safety records.
• Oversee the quality of workmanship and materials used in construction.
