Construction / Site Supervisor

Role Summary:
HDFC Bank is seeking a diligent and experienced Construction / Site Supervisor to oversee the construction and renovation of its branch offices and other facilities across India. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards, adhering to all safety regulations and building codes. This role requires a proactive approach to site management and coordination with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities.
- Develop and implement project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
- Manage and coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and labor.
- Ensure adherence to all building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and identify potential issues.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily reports, progress photos, and material records.
- Manage site logistics, including material procurement, storage, and equipment deployment.
- Resolve on-site problems and conflicts promptly.
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and bank officials to ensure project alignment with requirements.
- Oversee the quality control process and ensure all work meets specifications.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to project managers.
- Ensure a safe and clean working environment on the construction site.
