Construction / Site Supervisor

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and diligent Construction / Site Supervisor to oversee and manage construction projects related to our broadcasting infrastructure and facilities. The ideal candidate will ensure that all construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day on-site construction activities, including scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring the progress of work.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies on the construction site.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction activities.
• Manage and coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues, defects, or safety hazards and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and other relevant documentation.
• Oversee the procurement and delivery of materials and equipment to the site.
• Ensure compliance with all local building codes and permits.
