Construction / Site Supervisor

Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and diligent Construction / Site Supervisor to oversee and manage all on-site construction activities for our manufacturing and production facilities in India. The ideal candidate will ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow management.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations, quality control procedures, and environmental standards on site.
• Monitor progress of work against project plans and timelines, identifying and resolving any delays or issues.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate construction execution.
• Manage and direct site personnel, including skilled trades, laborers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain daily logs, progress reports, and other site documentation.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure materials and equipment are available on site and used efficiently.
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure work meets required standards.
