Construction / Site Supervisor - Corporate (Guwahati) - 1-2 Yrs

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Construction / Site Supervisor with 1-2 years of experience to oversee construction and maintenance activities at our corporate office in Guwahati. The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree and possess a foundational understanding of construction processes and project coordination. This role is crucial in ensuring the smooth functioning and upkeep of our corporate infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the supervision of on-site construction and renovation projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.

Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure efficient execution of tasks.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues, safety hazards, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress reports, and material usage.

Support the planning and execution of minor maintenance and repair works within the corporate office.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns.
