Construction / Site Supervisor (M.Pharma Required) - Vishakhapatnam

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Construction / Site Supervisor with 2-4 years of experience for our Vishakhapatnam facility. The ideal candidate will leverage their M.Pharma background to ensure compliance with stringent quality and safety standards in construction and operational readiness for our pharmaceutical manufacturing units. This role is crucial for overseeing site activities, managing resources, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality benchmarks.

Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to guide construction processes.

Ensure strict compliance with all relevant safety regulations, environmental standards, and pharmaceutical Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Manage and direct on-site labor, subcontractors, and equipment.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues and implement corrective actions.

Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and documentation for all site activities.

Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to resolve site-related challenges.

Oversee material procurement and inventory management on site.

Apply knowledge gained from M.Pharma studies to understand the specific requirements of pharmaceutical facility construction and validation.
