Content Designer

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Designer to join our growing team at Delhivery. You will be responsible for creating clear, concise, and engaging content across various platforms to enhance user experience, communicate complex information effectively, and support our brand voice. This role requires a strong understanding of user-centered design principles and the ability to translate business requirements into compelling content.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and craft user-facing content, including UI text, microcopy, error messages, onboarding flows, and help documentation.

Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, researchers, and engineers to understand user needs and business goals.

Create content strategies and style guides to ensure brand consistency and a unified voice across all touchpoints.

Conduct content audits and usability testing to identify areas for improvement.

Translate complex technical or logistical concepts into simple, easy-to-understand language for diverse audiences.

Optimize content for search engines (SEO) where applicable.

Stay updated with industry trends in content design, UX writing, and digital communication.
