Role Summary: We are seeking a talented and experienced Content Designer/Strategist to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting clear, concise, and impactful content across various platforms, ensuring alignment with our brand voice and strategic objectives. You will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience through thoughtful content design and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement content strategies that align with business goals and user needs.
Create, edit, and proofread high-quality content for websites, applications, marketing materials, and internal communications.
Design and structure content for optimal user experience, including information architecture, navigation, and microcopy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX/UI designers, product managers, legal, and marketing to ensure content accuracy and effectiveness.
Conduct content audits and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
Define and maintain content style guides and best practices.
Measure and analyze content performance, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
