Role Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Content Management Specialist to join our Manufacturing & Production division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, organizing, and distributing various forms of content, including technical documentation, marketing materials, and internal communications, across print, online, and electronic platforms. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with diverse content types to support our global operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement content management strategies for manufacturing-related information.
- Organize, categorize, and maintain a digital repository of technical specifications, product manuals, and project documentation.
- Ensure content accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines across all platforms.
- Manage the lifecycle of content, from creation and review to publication and archiving.
- Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and communications teams to gather and disseminate information.
- Oversee the publishing of content on internal intranets, external websites, and other digital channels.
- Manage print collateral, including brochures, datasheets, and reports, ensuring timely updates and distribution.
- Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated with industry best practices in content management and digital publishing.
