Content Marketing Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a creative and strategic Content Marketing Manager to lead our content initiatives. This role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive content strategy that drives brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation for Caterpillar's diverse range of industrial equipment and machinery. You will oversee the creation of compelling content across various platforms, ensuring it resonates with our target audiences and supports our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement a data-driven content marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
Oversee the creation, editing, and distribution of high-quality content, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, website copy, social media updates, videos, and infographics.
Manage the editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of all content assets.
Collaborate with product marketing, sales, engineering, and digital teams to gather insights and develop content that addresses customer needs and pain points.
Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility.
Analyze content performance metrics and provide regular reports on engagement, lead generation, and ROI.
Manage external agencies and freelancers as needed for content creation and distribution.
Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging content marketing best practices.
Ensure brand consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all content.
Develop and nurture content distribution channels, including social media, email marketing, and partner networks.
