We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Content Moderator with 1-3 years of experience and an M.Sc degree to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and quality of medical and scientific content published across various digital platforms. This role requires a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, ethical guidelines, and a keen eye for detail to maintain the integrity of our company's communications.

Key Responsibilities:

Review and moderate user-generated content, forum discussions, and social media posts related to healthcare products and services.

Ensure all content adheres to company policies, industry regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA guidelines), and legal requirements.

Verify the accuracy of scientific and medical information presented in content, collaborating with subject matter experts when necessary.

Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content for further review and action.

Maintain detailed records of moderation decisions and trends.

Contribute to the development and refinement of content moderation guidelines and best practices.

Provide feedback to content creators to improve the quality and compliance of future submissions.
