Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our team at Larsen & Toubro. The Content Moderator will be responsible for reviewing and moderating various forms of digital content to ensure it adheres to company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements. This role is crucial for maintaining the integrity and safety of our online platforms and communications within the engineering and construction sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review user-generated content, including comments, forum posts, and other submissions, for compliance with content guidelines and community standards.
- Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating content, taking necessary actions such as removal or editing.
- Escalate complex or sensitive moderation issues to senior management or relevant departments.
- Maintain accurate records of moderation activities and decisions.
- Stay updated on evolving content moderation best practices, industry trends, and legal regulations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including legal, marketing, and IT, to refine content policies and moderation strategies.
- Provide feedback on user behavior and content trends to help improve platform safety and user experience.
- Ensure consistency in moderation decisions across all platforms.
