Role Summary:
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our growing team. The Content Moderator will be responsible for ensuring the quality, accuracy, and appropriateness of all user-generated and company-generated content across our digital platforms, including our e-commerce website, social media channels, and customer forums. This role is crucial in maintaining our brand reputation and providing a positive online experience for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content such as product reviews, comments, and forum posts to ensure adherence to community guidelines and company policies.
- Monitor social media channels for inappropriate, offensive, or spam content and take timely action.
- Verify the accuracy and relevance of product descriptions, images, and other content on the e-commerce platform.
- Identify and report trends in content moderation issues to the marketing and product teams.
- Collaborate with customer support to address content-related queries and concerns.
- Maintain a consistent tone of voice and brand messaging in all moderated content.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in content moderation.
