Role Summary:
Larsen & Toubro is seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Content Moderator to join our corporate communications team. The Content Moderator will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and appropriateness of content across various internal and external platforms, particularly those related to our engineering and construction projects and corporate messaging. This role is crucial in maintaining L&T's brand integrity and ensuring clear, effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and moderate user-generated content, comments, and forum posts on L&T's digital platforms, ensuring adherence to community guidelines and company policies.
• Verify the accuracy and factual correctness of technical and project-related content before publication.
• Ensure all content aligns with L&T's brand voice, style guide, and corporate messaging standards.
• Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or misleading content for review and action.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and legal teams to update content policies and guidelines as needed.
• Maintain a consistent and professional tone in all moderated content.
• Provide feedback to content creators on moderation decisions and best practices.
