We are seeking a detail-oriented and vigilant Content Moderator with a Bachelor of Arts degree and 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Pune. As a Content Moderator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety, integrity, and quality of content across various digital platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to review and moderate user-generated content, enforcing community guidelines and policies to maintain a positive and secure online environment. This role requires a strong understanding of online trends, cultural nuances, and a commitment to upholding ethical standards. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and address content-related issues promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and moderate user-generated content including text, images, and videos to ensure compliance with company policies and community guidelines.
Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating content for further review or action.
Apply critical thinking and judgment to make informed decisions on content moderation.
Stay updated on evolving online trends, cultural sensitivities, and policy changes.
Collaborate with team leads and other departments to report trends, provide feedback, and improve moderation processes.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and efficiency in moderation tasks.
Handle sensitive and potentially disturbing content with professionalism and emotional resilience.
