Key Responsibilities:
- Review and moderate user-generated content (e.g., product reviews, forum posts, social media comments) for accuracy, relevance, and adherence to company guidelines.
- Verify technical and scientific information presented in product descriptions, marketing materials, and user-generated content, leveraging M.Pharma knowledge.
- Identify and flag inappropriate, misleading, or non-compliant content related to product safety, efficacy, or health claims.
- Collaborate with legal, marketing, and product teams to ensure content aligns with regulatory standards and company policies.
- Maintain a deep understanding of product specifications and industry best practices.
- Assist in developing and refining content moderation guidelines and processes.
- Provide feedback on content trends and potential risks to relevant stakeholders.
