We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Content Moderator with 2-4 years of experience and an MCA degree to join our team in Thiruvananthapuram. The Content Moderator will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of digital content produced and published by the company, adhering to editorial guidelines and brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and moderate user-generated content, articles, and other digital assets to ensure compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ethical standards.
Identify and flag inappropriate, offensive, or policy-violating content for further review and action.
Maintain accurate records of moderation decisions and feedback.
Collaborate with editorial, legal, and product teams to refine content moderation policies and guidelines.
Utilize content management systems (CMS) and moderation tools effectively.
Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in content moderation and online safety.
Provide feedback to content creators on quality and adherence to guidelines.
