Role Summary:
Hindutan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Publisher to join our growing communications team. The Content Publisher will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing engaging content across various platforms to promote HAL's achievements, products, and initiatives within the Defence & Aerospace sector. This role requires a strong understanding of technical content and the ability to translate complex information into accessible and compelling narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a content calendar for internal and external communications.
- Write, edit, and proofread a variety of content, including website articles, press releases, social media posts, brochures, and technical documentation.
- Ensure all content is accurate, consistent with brand guidelines, and tailored to specific target audiences.
- Collaborate with technical teams, engineers, and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure technical accuracy.
- Optimize content for search engines (SEO) and digital platforms.
- Manage the content publishing process from creation to final distribution.
- Monitor content performance and provide reports on engagement and reach.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in content marketing and communication.
