Contract Light Engineer (3-4 Yrs)

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Light Engineer with 3-4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, setup, and operation of lighting systems for various live events, ensuring the technical execution aligns with creative vision and safety standards. While the core responsibilities lie in lighting, a background in M.Pharma is valued for its inherent understanding of precision, safety protocols, and systematic approaches, which can be transferable to complex technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and develop lighting concepts and technical drawings for live events, concerts, and corporate functions.

- Program and operate lighting consoles (e.g., GrandMA, ETC Eos) to create desired lighting effects and cues.

- Oversee the setup, rigging, and testing of all lighting equipment, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

- Collaborate with creative directors, stage managers, and production teams to achieve the overall artistic vision.

- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues with lighting equipment during rehearsals and live performances.

- Maintain and manage inventory of lighting equipment, ensuring it is in good working order.

- Stay updated with the latest lighting technologies and industry trends.
