Contract Plant Project Manager (3-4 Yrs)

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Contract Plant Project Manager with 3-4 years of experience and a B.Com degree to oversee and manage various projects within our manufacturing and operational facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project management principles, financial acumen, and the ability to coordinate across different departments to ensure successful project completion on time and within budget. This role is crucial for driving efficiency and growth in our plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning, execution, and closing of plant-related projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets, tracking expenditures and reporting on financial status.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, procurement, finance, quality) and external vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and final project reviews.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies.
- Support in the procurement process for project materials and equipment, including cost analysis and vendor negotiation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the plant operations.
