Job Description

Role Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Contract QA / QC Analyst with a Doctorate/PhD to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will possess 2-4 years of experience in quality assurance and control within the pulp and paper industry. You will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet stringent quality standards through rigorous testing, analysis, and process monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive quality control protocols for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished paper products.
- Conduct advanced chemical and physical testing on pulp and paper samples to assess properties such as brightness, strength, composition, and consistency.
- Analyze test data, identify deviations from quality standards, and recommend corrective actions.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to troubleshoot quality issues and improve manufacturing processes.
- Maintain detailed records of all quality control activities, including test results, calibration logs, and non-conformance reports.
- Stay abreast of industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging quality control technologies.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant safety and environmental regulations within the laboratory and production environment.
