The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of relevant experience and a Master's degree in Design (M.Des). This role is crucial for overseeing and optimizing the operational efficiency of our sports and leisure events in Chennai, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with our growth objectives. You will be instrumental in driving innovation and enhancing the overall experience for participants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all event verticals.

Lead cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.

Oversee event planning, execution, and post-event analysis, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines.

Leverage design thinking principles to innovate event experiences and operational processes.
