Role Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and prepare daily menus, considering nutritional balance and employee preferences.
- Cook a variety of Indian and international dishes for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
- Ensure all food is prepared, cooked, and served at the correct temperature.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, adhering to strict hygiene and sanitation protocols.
- Manage inventory of food supplies, order ingredients, and ensure minimal wastage.
- Monitor and maintain kitchen equipment, reporting any issues for repair.
- Collaborate with the cafeteria team to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to food safety and workplace conduct.
