Key Responsibilities:

- Procure high-quality ingredients from approved vendors, managing inventory and minimizing waste.
- Oversee all aspects of food preparation, cooking, and presentation, ensuring consistency and excellence.
- Maintain impeccable standards of hygiene and sanitation in the kitchen, adhering to all food safety regulations.
- Manage kitchen staff, providing training and supervision to ensure efficient operations.
- Cater to special dietary requirements, including allergies, intolerances, and religious restrictions.
- Monitor food costs and manage the kitchen budget effectively.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working order.
- Develop and implement innovative culinary ideas to enhance the dining experience.
- Collaborate with HR and administration to ensure employee satisfaction with catering services.
