Role Summary: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Copywriter with a B.Tech/B.E. background to join our team in Chandigarh. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to 2 years of experience looking to leverage their technical understanding and writing skills in the dynamic BPO/Call Centre industry. You will be responsible for crafting compelling and accurate content across various platforms to support our marketing, training, and operational needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop clear, concise, and engaging copy for marketing materials, website content, social media posts, and internal communications.
Translate technical information and service offerings into easily understandable and persuasive language for diverse audiences.
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and training teams to understand content requirements and project goals.
Proofread and edit content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and style consistency.
Assist in developing training materials and scripts for customer service representatives.
Research industry trends and competitor activities to inform content strategy.
