Corporate Affairs Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Corporate Affairs Manager to oversee and manage the company's interactions with government bodies, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance, managing public relations, and supporting the company's strategic objectives within the dynamic Indian media and entertainment sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and analyze relevant government policies, regulations, and legislative developments impacting the broadcasting and media industry in India.
- Develop and implement strategies to engage with government officials, regulatory bodies (e.g., TRAI, MIB), and industry associations.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and licensing requirements for broadcasting operations.
- Prepare and submit reports, applications, and other documentation to relevant authorities.
- Manage corporate communications related to government affairs and public policy.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including policymakers, industry leaders, and community representatives.
- Advise senior management on potential risks and opportunities arising from the regulatory and political environment.
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to ensure alignment on corporate affairs strategies.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, consultations, and advocacy efforts.
