Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and intellectually driven individual with a Doctorate/PhD to join our Corporate Communications team. This role is crucial for shaping and disseminating our company's narrative, managing stakeholder relations, and contributing to strategic communication initiatives within the Indian insurance sector. The ideal candidate will leverage their advanced research and analytical skills to develop insightful communication strategies and content.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute comprehensive communication strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and brand positioning in the insurance industry.
- Craft compelling and accurate internal and external communications, including press releases, speeches, annual reports, social media content, and crisis communication plans.
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to inform communication strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including media, industry bodies, government agencies, and internal teams.
- Oversee the creation and dissemination of corporate messaging across various platforms, ensuring consistency and impact.
- Support the development of thought leadership content, leveraging academic research and industry insights.
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication campaigns, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated communication efforts.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of corporate social responsibility (CSR) communication initiatives.
