Corporate Communication Specialist

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies to enhance TeamLease's brand reputation, internal engagement, and external stakeholder relations. This role requires a creative thinker with excellent writing and interpersonal skills, adept at managing diverse communication channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute integrated corporate communication plans, including media relations, public relations, and crisis communication.
Craft compelling press releases, media kits, speeches, presentations, and other communication materials.
Manage and monitor company's social media presence and online reputation.
Develop and implement internal communication strategies to foster employee engagement and disseminate company news.
Organize and manage corporate events, press conferences, and stakeholder meetings.
Collaborate with marketing and HR teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
Analyze communication campaign effectiveness and provide regular reports to senior management.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in corporate communication.
