Role Summary:
Larsen & Toubro is seeking a skilled and creative Corporate Communications Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in shaping and disseminating L&T's corporate narrative, focusing on our extensive manufacturing and production operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of corporate communication strategies and a passion for storytelling within the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive communication plans for L&T's manufacturing and production divisions.
- Create compelling content, including press releases, articles, website copy, social media posts, and internal communications, highlighting key achievements, innovations, and projects.
- Manage media relations, build strong relationships with journalists and industry influencers, and coordinate media events.
- Support the development of corporate branding and messaging across all platforms.
- Monitor media coverage and industry trends, providing insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, R&D, and operations teams, to ensure consistent and accurate communication.
