We are seeking a motivated and analytical Corporate Development Analyst to join our growing team in Chandigarh. This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a BCA degree and 0-2 years of experience, eager to contribute to strategic growth initiatives within the agrochemical sector. You will support the corporate development team in evaluating new business opportunities, market research, financial analysis, and deal execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth areas and emerging trends in the agrochemical industry.
Assist in the evaluation of potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investment opportunities.
Perform financial modeling and valuation analysis for strategic initiatives.
Support the due diligence process for transactions.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on strategic opportunities and project progress.
Collaborate with internal teams across various departments to gather information and support strategic projects.
