Role Summary:
Infosys is seeking a Corporate Development Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments, to drive the company's growth in emerging technologies. You will work closely with senior leadership to shape the future of Infosys.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth areas and strategic opportunities in emerging technologies such as AI, ML, Cloud, IoT, and Blockchain.
- Develop financial models and valuation analyses for potential M&A targets, joint ventures, and strategic investments.
- Support deal execution, including due diligence, negotiation, and integration planning.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors on strategic initiatives and transaction opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with external advisors, investment bankers, and potential partners.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
