Corporate Development Analyst

Role Summary:
Nazara Technologies is seeking a motivated and analytical Corporate Development Analyst to join our team in Noida. This role will support the company's strategic growth initiatives, focusing on mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments within the dynamic Indian gaming and sports media landscape. Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential M&A targets, investment opportunities, and strategic partnerships.
- Develop financial models, valuation analyses, and due diligence materials for potential transactions.
- Support the deal execution process, including drafting term sheets, coordinating with legal and financial advisors, and managing internal stakeholder communications.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the gaming and sports media sectors.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on strategic initiatives and transaction progress.
- Collaborate with internal business units to assess strategic alignment and integration plans for acquired entities or partnerships.
