Role Summary:
As a Corporate Development Analyst at TCS, you will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments within the electronic components and semiconductor industry. You will support senior management in strategic planning and execution, contributing to the company's expansion and market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
