We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corporate Development Analyst with 1-2 years of experience and a Diploma to join our team in Lucknow. This role will support strategic initiatives within our Design and Furniture division, focusing on market analysis, competitive intelligence, and supporting M&A activities. You will play a crucial role in identifying growth opportunities and contributing to the company's strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities within the design and furniture industry.
Assist in the preparation of financial models, valuation analyses, and presentation materials for potential acquisitions, partnerships, and strategic investments.
Gather and synthesize competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
Support due diligence processes for potential transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, sales, and marketing, to gather information and support strategic projects.
Maintain databases and track key performance indicators related to corporate development activities.
