Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Corporate Development Manager with 1-2 years of experience to join our growing team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the BFSI sector and a B.Pharma background, bringing a unique perspective to strategic initiatives. This role will support the company's growth through market analysis, partnership development, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and strategic threats within the BFSI and allied sectors.
Support the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and new product launches.
Assist in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and due diligence for potential corporate development activities.
Build and maintain relationships with potential partners, investors, and other stakeholders.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on strategic opportunities and progress.
Leverage a B.Pharma background to identify synergies between healthcare and financial services where applicable.
