Corporate Development Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Corporate Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic growth initiatives, including mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments, to drive the long-term success of Zee Entertainment Enterprises Ltd. in the competitive Indian media landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and strategic threats.
- Evaluate the financial and strategic viability of potential M&A targets, joint ventures, and strategic alliances.
- Lead and manage the due diligence process for transactions, working closely with internal teams and external advisors.
- Develop detailed financial models and valuation analyses to support decision-making.
- Negotiate and structure transaction terms and agreements.
- Collaborate with business unit leaders to develop and execute integration plans for acquired entities or new partnerships.
- Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes impacting the media and entertainment sector in India.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors on strategic initiatives and transaction progress.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investment bankers, legal counsel, and potential partners.
