Role Summary: The Corporate Development Manager will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic growth opportunities, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships within the Oil & Gas sector for Reliance Industries Limited. This role requires a deep understanding of the energy market, strong financial acumen, and excellent negotiation skills to drive value creation and expand the company's market position.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and assess potential strategic opportunities (M&A, JV, partnerships) aligned with RIL's long-term vision in the Oil & Gas industry.
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and financial due diligence for potential transactions.
Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and investment proposals.
Lead negotiation processes and manage deal execution from inception to closure.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders (legal, finance, operations, strategy) to ensure successful integration of acquired assets or partnerships.
Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies impacting the Oil & Gas sector.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors.
