Corporate Development Manager

Role Summary:
Fractal Analytics is seeking a dynamic and strategic Corporate Development Manager to drive our inorganic growth initiatives. This role will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions that align with our long-term vision and market expansion goals. You will work closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape and implement our corporate strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential M&A targets, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities in the AI, analytics, and related technology sectors.
• Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and financial due diligence for potential transactions.
• Develop detailed financial models, valuation analyses, and deal structures for proposed transactions.
• Lead negotiation processes and manage deal execution from initial contact through closing.
• Collaborate with internal teams (legal, finance, product, engineering) to ensure successful integration of acquired companies or partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with investment bankers, venture capitalists, and other key stakeholders in the ecosystem.
• Contribute to the development and refinement of Fractal's overall corporate strategy.
