Corporate Development Manager

Role Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and analytical Corporate Development Manager to join our dynamic team in Chennai. This role is ideal for an individual with a strong technical background (M.Tech) and 1-4 years of experience in corporate strategy, business development, or M&A within the analytics or KPO industry. You will play a key role in identifying, evaluating, and executing strategic initiatives that drive the company's growth and market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Evaluate potential M&A targets, joint ventures, and strategic alliances, including financial modeling and valuation.
- Support the development and execution of the company's inorganic growth strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, finance) to assess the feasibility and impact of strategic initiatives.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on strategic recommendations and project progress.
- Assist in due diligence processes for potential transactions.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies relevant to the analytics and AI space.
