Role Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic Corporate Development Manager to drive growth initiatives and strategic partnerships for our rapidly expanding electronic components and semiconductor startup. This role will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing M&A opportunities, strategic alliances, and new business ventures that align with our long-term vision. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the semiconductor industry landscape in India and globally, coupled with exceptional analytical and deal-making skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and evaluate potential M&A targets, strategic partnerships, and investment opportunities within the semiconductor and related technology sectors.
Conduct thorough market research, competitive analysis, and financial modeling to support strategic decision-making.
Develop and maintain relationships with potential partners, investors, and industry stakeholders.
Lead deal execution, including due diligence, negotiation, and transaction structuring.
Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., engineering, sales, finance) to assess strategic fit and integration planning.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors on strategic initiatives and deal progress.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes impacting the semiconductor market in India and globally.
