We are seeking a motivated and analytical Corporate Development Manager with 2-4 years of experience, ideally with an M.Pharma background, to join our dynamic team in Vishakhapatnam. This role is crucial in identifying and evaluating strategic opportunities that align with our company's growth objectives within the clinical research and contract research industry. You will play a key role in business development, strategic partnerships, and market analysis to drive Suven Pharmaceuticals' expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify potential growth areas, strategic partnerships, and M&A opportunities within the pharmaceutical and clinical research sectors.
Support the development and execution of corporate strategy, including business planning and financial modeling for new initiatives.
Evaluate potential collaborations, licensing agreements, and joint ventures with other organizations.
Prepare presentations and reports for senior management on strategic opportunities and market trends.
Assist in due diligence processes for potential transactions and partnerships.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential partners, investors, and industry experts.
Leverage your M.Pharma knowledge to understand the scientific and regulatory landscape, informing strategic decisions.
