Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and refine the company's strategic planning framework, including long-term business plans, market entry strategies, and growth initiatives.
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., design, marketing, finance) to gather insights and ensure alignment on strategic goals.
- Develop financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support strategic planning and investment decisions.
- Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies relevant to the design and innovation sectors.
- Prepare presentations and reports for senior management and the board of directors on strategic initiatives and performance.
- Support business development efforts by identifying potential partnerships, mergers, and acquisitions.
- Track and report on the progress of strategic initiatives, making recommendations for adjustments as needed.
