This role is ideal for a recent Diploma holder with 1-5 years of experience looking to contribute to strategic decision-making and operational efficiency within the import-export industry. You will assist in developing and implementing business strategies, analyzing market trends, and supporting the growth initiatives of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in market research and competitive analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
- Support the development of business plans, financial forecasts, and strategic initiatives.
- Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on market trends, performance metrics, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments to gather data and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
- Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes impacting the import-export business.
- Contribute to the optimization of operational processes and resource allocation.
- Maintain databases and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for strategic planning.
- Support the implementation of approved strategies and track their progress.
