Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and analytical Corporate Planning Manager to join our growing team at Unacademy. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, identifying growth opportunities, and driving business initiatives. You will work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute long-term strategic plans, conduct market research, and analyze competitive landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to support company growth and objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting to identify new business opportunities and potential risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, sales, finance) to align strategic initiatives with operational execution.
- Prepare financial models, forecasts, and presentations for senior management and board meetings.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports on strategic progress and business performance.
- Identify and evaluate potential mergers, acquisitions, and strategic partnerships.
